Sul Ross State University faculty are joining the Connecting with Students for Success Program to implement practices to promote student retention and graduation rates. Faculty embed four practices in their classes: learn students names, give actionable feedback early, hold high standard; while offering support, and meeting with each student in the class individually. In this podcast, two students in the program share their perspectives.
